Shipping & Returns

Our Goal is your complete satisfaction. We will refund the shipping charges associated with your order if the return was caused by a mistake on our part (for example, if you ordered a large shirt and we accidently shipped you a small); otherwise shipping fees are not refunded.

Clothing can only be exchanged or returned if it is new with the tags on and has not been used, except under warranty conditions.

 

Delivery

Delivery times vary, depending on destination but most domestic orders arrive overnight. 28 business days from the date of dispatch are required before we are able to make a claim the carrier in the unlikely event of loss. We will advise customers within 2 business days if goods are not available. Allowances must be made for Customs Clearance which is beyond our control. You are welcome to contact your local customs office to check on the progress of your package if you feel it is being held there for clearance.

How To Return an Item

To return an item, please pack it carefully. Please use a carrier that provides a tracking number, such as Australian Air Express, TNT, Fed Ex, UPS, Australia Post Express post or Registered post.

Please include these things:

  • Copy of invoice / packing slip
  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Postal address
  • Reason for return
  • How you would like us to handle the return

Clothing can only be returned if it has NOT been worn, except in the case of a warranty failure, in which case it will be assessed on a case by case basis.
